All of our chips, salsas, and guacamole are made daily at Rudy's, using our own traditional recipes. We do not use preservatives and we do not serve watered down salsa or diluted guacamole. Our guacamole is nothing but freshly mashed, Grade “A” Hass avocadoes, with fresh seasonings. Every day of the week you will find us searing chiles and blending tomatoes and spices to make our fresh, roasted salsas. |
