Our (Rudy’s) rolled tacos are made from scratch using our home-cooked, all white chicken breast meat or freshly cooked and perfectly seasoned shredded beef. They are topped with generous portions of cheese, guacamole, lettuce, and salsa fresca. Served in orders of 3, 4, 5, or 6 depending on how hungry you are.
Mexican Street Tacos- A Rudy's specialty! You cannot find real street tacos like this anywhere else in North County. A great way to sample our different meats, there is not a more authentic way to serve a taco than this. Rudy’s street tacos are served on a freshly warmed, double mini tortilla and garnished with finely diced onion and cilantro and our homemade green salsa
Crispy taco- Our Shredded chicken or beef served in a homemade crispy taco shell topped with lettuce, cheese, and salsa fresca.
Soft Taco- Succulent Carnitas (shredded pork) or our Award Winning Carne Asada in a freshly heated, double corn tortilla topped with guacamole and salsa fresca. |
